What are Tasks?
Tasks are the individual scopes of work needed to complete a Job.
As the Builder, you set what Tasks are needed to complete a Job. Trades set their own Definition of Ready to determine when a Task is ready to start.
To view all of the Tasks for specific Jobs, visit the Jobs page. To view all open (not started or in progress) and completed Tasks for all Jobs, visit the Tasks page.
You can find the following information on the desktop Tasks page:

Task - A specific scope of work that is part of a Job

Job - The building process of a specific home (sometimes referred to as a lot, home)

Lot Number - Parcel of land within a Community

Account Assignee - Builder or Trade Account responsible for performing the Task

Confirmed Start Date - The date on which the Builder and Trade have agreed to begin a Job or Task

Task Expected Start Date - The date on which a Task within a Job is expected to start

If a Task misses its scheduled Start Date, TradeTrax highlights that date in red and displays "Missed Start"

Task Expected Finish Date - The date on which a Task within a Job is expected to Finish

If a Task misses its scheduled Finish Date, TradeTrax highlights that date in red and displays "Missed Finish"

Task Duration - Expected time required to complete a certain Task

Task Status - Current state of a Task's progress: Not Started, Checked-In, Not Ready to Start, In Progress, Completed
How to find your Tasks:
Desktop:

Click "Tasks" in the desktop menu.

On the Tasks page, you'll see all Tasks that have a "Not Started" or "In Progress" status under the "Open" tab. All "Completed" Tasks are listed under the "Completed" tab.
Mobile App:

Tap "Tasks" in the mobile menu bar.
