How do I reset my password? How to receive a magic link?

Here is how you reset your password with TradeTrax or how to receive a magic link to access your TradeTrax account.

1. On the TradeTrax Login screen, either from the web portal or mobile apps, click Forgot Password?

2. Enter your Email, associated with your TradeTrax account

3. Click Reset Password

4. Check your email inbox for a message from TradeTrax

5. The email contains a link to Reset your Password

6. Once you click that link, you will be re-directed to set a new password

7. Enter the new password following the rules

8. Click Reset Password

9. You will be redirected back to the login page once the password has been reset

10. Type in your new password to log in to TradeTrax

NOTE: You can select the SMS option if your phone number is associated with your TradeTrax account.

What is a Magic Link?

A Magic Link is a one-time link used to access your TradeTrax account without having to reset your password

How to Receive a Magic Link

Web Portal:

1. On the TradeTrax Login Page, click Forgot Password

2. Enter Email, associated with your TradeTrax account

3. Click, Magic Link

Mobile App:

1. Open the TradeTrax Application, and click Forgot Password

2. Enter your Email, associated with your TradeTrax Account

3. Click, Magic Link

NOTE: You can send a Magic Link via SMS if your phone number is associated with your TradeTrax account.
