The Upcoming Tasks list displays all Tasks assigned to your Builder Account and tasks still not assigned that are approaching their start date within the next 30 days.
All Tasks that are Not Started across all Communities will appear here chronologically.
Your Upcoming Tasks displays additional information such as Job name, Expected Start Date, and Confirmation of Start Dates can be found here.
You can filter the Upcoming Tasks list based on the Trade company assigned to tasks.
Why is the Upcoming Task list useful?
The Upcoming Tasks section helps you proactively monitor your tasks and reschedule them, if necessary, before their start date.
This provides accurate insight days ahead about when tasks should start.
Where to locate the Upcoming Tasks list
Web Portal:

Click on the Upcoming option in the sidebar of the web portal

Tasks will be displayed by the earliest Expected Start Date
Mobile App:

Tap the Upcoming option at the bottom right in the navigation bar
How to filter the Upcoming Tasks list

Click on the Upcoming option in the sidebar of the web portal

Locate the Filter icon at the top right-hand of the screen

Select the following filter options below:

My Tasks Only - if enabled all Tasks assigned to your user account will display

Task Type - Select a task(s) to display in the list

Account Assignee - Select an account(s) to display in the list

Community - Select a Community or Communities to display in the list

You can select one or multiple filters for your Upcoming Tasks based on your preferences.
