      Builder: How do I use the To-Dos List?

      The To-Dos section displays tasks that are assigned to your Builder Account.

      The To-Dos section displays tasks that are assigned to your Builder Account in three columns. Any Tasks that are Expected to Start today and Expected to Finish today will appear here. The last column displays any tasks that Trades have scheduled today and should expect an update. 

      Why is the To-Dos List useful?

      The To-Dos List is a quick snapshot of your tasks that are scheduled to start and tasks that are expected to be completed.

      With the To Dos List, you can make sure that all tasks scheduled today are correct and what Trades should be on the Job Site for your Communities.

      How to locate the To-Dos List

      Web Portal:

      1. Click on the To-Dos option in the sidebar of the web portal

      2. Tasks will be displayed in 3 columns:

        1. The first column or the far Left column displays Tasks that are Expected to Start

        2. The middle column displays tasks that are Expected to Finish

        3. The third column will display any Trade Tasks that you should expect a status update

      Mobile App:

      1. Tap To-Dos in the navigation bar at the bottom

      2. Tasks that are expected to Start Today will display on the first tab

      3. To display Tasks Expected to Finish tap the Finish Today tab from the top

      4. Tap Update Today to view any Trades that are scheduled today

      What information is present in To-Dos List?

      The tasks present in each column are composed of the following relevant information:

      1. Task Name

      2. Job Name

      3. Critical Task vs. Non-Critical Task

      4. Expected Start or Expected Finish

      5. Task Status

      How to view To-Dos List for another day

      When you click on the To-Dos section, you will automatically be looking at tasks for today. If you want to view tasks for tomorrow or the next 5 days:

      1. Click on Today at the top right-hand side of the screen

      2. Once you click on Today, a drop-down menu will appear

      3. Select Tomorrow or a different date listed below to view additional tasks for that date

      NOTE: Use the filter Icon to help narrow down tasks you are responsible for and/or Locations.
