You can see who is responsible for a Task by assigning users it.
Builder Supers typically oversee all Trades and Tasks within a Community.
Builder Super and Schedulers collectively work together on the Job Site and in the office.
Once a User is assigned one of these roles they will automatically be eligible to receive Notifications for that Job.
Why are Builder Supers/Schedulers/Area Managers important?
Builder Supers and Builder Schedulers designate who is responsible for what task.
Builder Area Managers are users who oversee the Community as a whole.
The differentiation between these roles depicts who is responsible for what specific tasks.
Assigning Roles helps properly structure and depict who to contact if there is a problem with a task, in the case of a rescheduled proposal or with regards to City Inspection.
