As a trade admin or scheduler, you‘ll need to update the status of tasks when they are started or completed. You will also need to change the start/finish date if the task isn't going to start on time, or finish on time.
**** If you are updating task status from your office, it is critical to mark the task status as In Progress when the task is started, and then mark the status as Completed on the day it is finished.
Update Task Status: Laptop/Desktop (:43)
As a Scheduler or Field Manager, you'll need to update the status of your tasks from the office daily, unless your Installers or Crew Leads do it in the field with the mobile app. The To-Dos section is the best place to view the tasks that need to be updated today.
Send an Update Request for a New Start Date or Finish Date:

These tasks will need an updated start date or finish date, so we’ll need to send the builder an Update Request.
