Trade Admin: Update Task Status

The Task Status indicates if a task has "Not Started", is "In Progress", Or is "Completed". Make sure all of your tasks have been updated to the correct task status by the end of every workday.

  1.  For this example, I'll update a task from the To-Dos section. Click on the status bar to open the task status drop-down menu.

  2. If the task starts today, select In Progress. If the task completes today select Completed.

  3. You can open the task to access more details by clicking on the task's name.

  4. You can change the task status from the task details page by clicking the task status box in the upper left-hand side of the screen. If the task has started, select In Progress. If the task is finished, select Completed.

Mobile App: Update Task Status

  1. Select the To-Dos tab or the Upcoming tab at the bottom of the screen to view your most urgent tasks.
  2. Click the status bar on the task that needs to be updated.

  3. The task details screen will open. (1)Click the status bar again to change the task status. (2) Select In Progress if the task has started or (3) select Completed if the task is finished.
