Task filters let you refine the task list to show only the tasks that are relevant to you. TradeTrax has task filters on the Dashboard, the Upcoming Tab, and the Open Tasks Tab.
- You can find the Task Filter in the upper right-hand corner of all the reporting widgets on the Dashboard & on the Open Tasks and Upcoming Tabs on the left-hand menu
- Click on the Filter Icon to access the filter parameters.
- My Task Only will display only the tasks assigned to you when toggled on.
- The Task Type filter produces a drop-down that lets you filter your task list for a specific type of task.
- Community filter produces a drop-down that lets you filter your task list for a specific Community.
- The Definition of Ready (DOR) filter allows you to filter your list of tasks by the task's definition of ready status. The default setting of this filter is set to All, so your list displays all of your tasks regardless of DOR status.
- When the Definition of Ready filter is set to Ready, Only the tasks with a task readiness indicator displaying Green and Ready to Start will display on your task list.
- When the Definition of Ready filter is set to Not Ready, The tasks marked Almost Ready to Start and Not Ready to Start will display on your list.
When your filter selection is complete, your selections will show in the Search box and the (1) number of filters selected is displayed just above the Search box. (2) Click Clear All Filters at the top-right of the box to clear your filter selections.
Mobile App: Set Task Filters
- On the Dashboard, the filter icons are in the upper right-hand corners of the dashboard reporting widgets.
- In the To-Dos section, tap the filter icon in the upper right-hand of the screen.
- In the Upcoming section, tap the filter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- (1) Tap My Tasks Only to see tasks assigned to you, (2) Tap Task Type to see only tasks of a specific type, (3) Tap Community to see tasks that belong to the community you select.
