Adding photos to a task is a great way to document the current status of a task. Add photos of things like job readiness, jobsite cleanliness, job completion, etc.
Add Photos to a Task
***When adding photos from your laptop/desktop computer, make sure the photos you want to upload are saved to your computer in advance.
- Click on the task name to open the Task Details.
- Scroll to the bottom of the task details screen and locate the Attachments Tab.
- On the far right-hand side of the screen, click the blue Plus button.
- Click Select Attachment to search your computer files for a photo to upload.
- (1) Select the folder your picture is saved to from your left-hand menu, (2) Select the photo you want to add to the task record.
- A preview of the photo will display on the screen. Click Add Attachment to add the photo to the task record.
7. Your photos are saved in the Attachments section on the Task and Job record and can be accessed in the Task History.
Mobile App: Add Photos to a Task
- tap on the task name to open the Task Details.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Task Details screen.
- Tap the Photos section.
- Tap the Add Photo button at the bottom of the screen.
- Select Camera to take a live photo, or select Gallery to grab a photo from your phone's gallery.
- If you selected Camera, your camera app will open automatically so you can snap your photo.
- You can tap Retry to take your photo over again, or tap OK to save your photo to the task.
- Your photos are saved on the task and job record and can be accessed in the photo section and in the Task History.
