Adding notes to a task is a great way to document things about a job (i.e. job not ready, jobsite cleanliness, etc.). You also have the ability to tag and communicate with the Builder Construction Manager.

Add Notes to a Task
- Click on the task name to open the task details view.
- At the bottom of the task details view, click the Notes Tab.
- If you type the “@” into your note, A pop-up list appears so you can tag any of your own TradeTrax admin users or a Builder Construction Manager in the note. Anyone tagged in a note gets notified instantly by the TradeTrax application when your note is saved.
- With your note complete, click the Add Note button at the bottom of the note box.
Add Notes When Creating an Update Request

From the task details view, click Send Update Request.
- Click in the Add a Note section of the update request pop-up box.
- Type in your note and click Send to Builder. The update request will go to the builder and the note will save in the note section of the task.
Mobile App: Add Notes to a Task
- Tap the name of the task to open the Task Details.
- Scroll down to the bottom of the Screen to locate the Notes section
- Tap the Notes section to view note history and to add a note.
- Tap the Add a Note field to add a new note.

- Tap the blue arrow icon on the bottom right to add your note.
