Adding photos and notes to a task is a great way to document the current state of the job. It's a good idea to add photos and notes to document damages, errors, or jobsite readiness issues as soon as you encounter them.

How to View and Add Notes to a Task Step-By-Step
1. Tap the task name to open the Task Detail View.
2. Tap Notes at the bottom of the screen to add a new note.
3. Tap the Add a Note text box to add your note.
4. After typing in your note, tap the Blue Arrow to add your note to the task record.
***You can type "@" in the note section and tag your Trade Superintendent/Scheduler in the note. Anyone tagged in the note will receive a notification.
5. Your note will show in the Notes section with your name and a time stamp. You can tap the trashcan icon to delete your note. Tap the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the task details.
6. The number of Notes and Photos will display at the bottom of the Task Details screen. Tap the back arrow at the top left of the screen to return to the Home screen.
How to add a Photo to a task?
1. Tap the task name to open the Task Detail View.
2. Tap Photos at the bottom of the screen to view existing photos or to add a new photo.
*** You can also add a photo when you are checking out of a task by tapping the Add Photo bar.
3. Tap the Add Photo button at the bottom of the screen to add a new photo.
***Everyone related to the task will have access to the photos added to the task.
4. Select Camera to add a live photo, or select Gallery to add images from your camera’s Gallery.
5. Your photo is displayed in the task photo section. To add more photos, Tap the Add Photo button again and follow the same process as above.
6. Tap the back button at the top left-hand corner of the screen to return to the Task Details screen.
7. The number of photos attached to this task are displayed at the bottom of the Task Details screen. Tap the back arrow in the upper left-hand corner to return to your home page.
