Builder Tasks are the tasks that the builder construction manager is responsible for managing and marking as complete (inspections, QA checklists, etc.). Follow the steps below to mark a builder task as COMPLETED.

Marking Builder Tasks Complete- Laptop
- Click "To-Dos" on the Left side menu (1). Your current Builder Tasks will be listed in the Tasks Expected to Finish column in the center of the screen. You can also find them in the Upcoming Tab on the left-hand menu.
- You can click the task name (1) to access more task details, or you can mark this task as completed (2) by clicking the status bar in the lower right corner of the task card and selecting Completed from the drop-down.
- From the Task Detail view you can mark this task as COMPLETED by clicking the Status Bar (1) and selecting COMPLETED from the dropdown (2).
Reschedule a Builder Task- Laptop
- If you need to reschedule a builder task, make sure the status is set to NOT STARTED (1), and then select a new Expected Start Date (2).
- If you need to access this task again, click Tasks (1) on the left side menu and then click Completed (2) to access your most recently Completed Tasks (3).
Marking Builder Tasks Complete- Mobile App
- You can find your Builder Tasks on the Dashboard in the To-Dos Section on the mobile app.
- You can also locate your Builder Tasks by tapping the To-Dos Icon on the bottom menu. Tap on a Builder Task to update the Task Status.
- You can also locate your Builder Tasks by tapping the Upcoming Icon on the bottom menu. Tap on a Builder Task to update the Task Status.
- Tap the Task Status Bar. It will be marked by default as NOT STARTED.
5. Select COMPLETED from the pop-up menu.
Reschedule a Builder Task
- If you need to reschedule a Builder Task, make sure the Task Status is set to NOT STARTED (1), and tap Expected Start to select a new Expected Start Date (2).
