When a Builder releases a job to construction, Trades are assigned to their respective tasks so they have access to the Job Schedule. This also allows them to view Task detail specifics for each Job.
Why is assigning Tasks to accounts important?
Assigning Tasks to accounts is imperative because Trades will not be able to see what Tasks they are expected to complete if they are not assigned to the respective Tasks. By assigning these tasks to the Trades in charge of completing them, it provides details and clear expectations as to what needs to be completed, when it needs to be completed, and where it needs to be completed.
How do I assign Tasks to Accounts (Trades)?

Click on any Job within TradeTrax.

Under Account Assignee, Click on Needs Assignment

Select the Account Management Assignee from the drop-down list
