      How do I log in from the web?

      When you need to log in to the TradeTrax platform from the web application, please follow these detailed steps for a successful log-in process.

      To log into the TradeTrax web application:

      1. Open your internet browser.

      2. In the address bar, type my.tradetrax.com, which will take you to the TradeTrax desktop Login page.

      3. In the Username field, enter your email. 

      Note: The Username field is NOT case-sensitive.

      4. In the Password field, enter your password.

      Note: Passwords ARE case-sensitive.

      5. Click Log In.
