The Task History panel is where you can view all updates that happened to a task.
The Task History panel promotes accountability and transparency for the daily tasks of everyone within your company and provides direct visibility into each task with any interactions within that task.
Why is the Task History panel useful?
The Task History panel helps to answer questions about what happened at a specific moment in time for any task. It provides a real source of truth by acting as a record of the history of updates made to the task.
What events are present in the Task History panel?
An event is displayed for all of the following updates:

Released to Construction - When the Builder grants access to Trades to view their assigned tasks

Users assignment - When any user within your Builder Account is assigned as the Builder Super or Builder Scheduler to the task.

Users unassigned - When any user within your Builder Account is unassigned from the task as a Builder Super or Builder Scheduler.

Date changes - When the task’s expected start or expected finish date changes.

Check-In - When the task received a check-in from the Installer assigned.

Check Outs - When the task received a check out from the Installer assigned.

Update Requests - When an update date change request is sent for the task.

Photo and PDF Attachment Updates - When a user uploads or removes a photo or a PDF document to the task.

Notes Updates - When a user adds or removes a note to the task.

Predecessor Logic - When the task is delayed or ahead of its original scheduled date due to a change in the dependency chain.

Start Date Confirmations Requests sent - When a Start Date Confirmation Request is automatically triggered to the Trade Account.

New Task Added to Job Schedule - This event records the date and other details when the task was added to the Job Schedule.
Where to locate the Task History panel
You can locate the Task History panel by clicking on any task within the web portal. This will take you to the Task Details View, which will have the Task History panel located on the top right side of the page.
The Task History panel is only available on the web portal.
