The Homeowner Portal invites soon-to-be Homeowners to monitor the progress of their home under construction. Each Homeowner can view updates of their home under construction in real-time as the Job Schedule is updated.
Why is the Homeowner Portal useful?
The Homeowner Portal displays specific Milestones configured by the Builder for Homeowners to view the progress of their home.
The Homeowner’s Milestones are updated in real-time based on the task status configured from the corresponding project’s Job Schedule.
How to Invite a User to their Homeowner Portal

Click on the Homeowners option in the sidebar of the web portal

Click the Add Homeowner button

Enter the Homeowner’s first and last name

Enter their contact email and phone number

Select the corresponding project’s Job Schedule of the home
You will receive a notification once the Homeowner accepts their Homeowner Portal invite
How to configure Milestones for Homeowners to view

Click on the Settings option in the sidebar of the web portal

Click on the Homeowner Job Progress tab

Enter the desired name of the Milestone

Select the task name that will trigger the start of the Milestone

Select the task name that will trigger the finish of the Milestone

A confirmation banner will appear once the configuration is successfully saved
The Milestones configuration will be saved for all future Jobs.
