Builder: What are Denied Commitment Requests?

Builders send Commitment Requests to Trades for Task and capacity planning. You can group them by Community and Task Types for each Trade to view what and how many Tasks are scheduled in the weeks ahead.

In the Denied Commitment Requests section, you can view which requests have been denied by the Trades.

Visit the Trades Handling Commitment Requests article for more information.

Why are Commitment Requests helpful?

Commitment Requests are a simple way for Trades to communicate their workload capacity for their Tasks.

This also helps you hold Trades accountable for the number of Tasks they are able to perform each week.

Commitment Requests help Trades view what scheduled Tasks they can expect in the weeks ahead. This allows them to identify if they need more resources to satisfy a Community's specific workload or order needed materials.
