Builder Tasks are the tasks that the Builder is responsible for updating in (Inspections, QA Checklists, etc.). They need to be managed immediately when they become overdue.
There are two main reasons a Builder Task is overdue:
- Missed Start - These require a new start date.
- Missed Status Update- Sometimes the Builder task is complete, and the status hasn’t been updated
NOTE- When you see an Overdue Builder Task on your Dashboard, you need to address it as quickly as possible. This enables the downstream trades to accommodate any schedule changes to their upcoming tasks.
