Android Mobile App: Clear App Cache and App Data

If the TradeTrax app doesn't seem to be functioning correctly, try clearing the app cache and data. This is a great way to reset the functionality of the TradeTrax mobile app.

  1. To access your android settings, place your finger at the top of the phone screen and drag down. 
  2. Then tap the gear icon to access your phone settings.

  3. Scroll down the settings page until you find Apps (App Settings).
  4. Tap Apps to open app settings.

  5. Tap the search icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  6. In the search field, (1) start typing "TradeTrax".  When the TradeTrax App populates below the search field, (2) Tap on the TradeTrax app to open the App info page

  7. Scroll down the App info page to locate Storage.
  8. Tap Storage to open App data storage information.

  9. Tap (1) Clear Cache and then Tap (2) Clear Data at the bottom of the screen. Return to the home screen to continue using the TradeTrax app.
