If the TradeTrax app doesn't seem to be functioning correctly, try clearing the app cache and data. This is a great way to reset the functionality of the TradeTrax mobile app.
- To access your android settings, place your finger at the top of the phone screen and drag down.
- Then tap the gear icon to access your phone settings.
- Scroll down the settings page until you find Apps (App Settings).
- Tap Apps to open app settings.
- Tap the search icon in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- In the search field, (1) start typing "TradeTrax". When the TradeTrax App populates below the search field, (2) Tap on the TradeTrax app to open the App info page
- Scroll down the App info page to locate Storage.
- Tap Storage to open App data storage information.
- Tap (1) Clear Cache and then Tap (2) Clear Data at the bottom of the screen. Return to the home screen to continue using the TradeTrax app.
